This reaction torque sensor is a torque transducer for non-rotating torque measurement and for torque wrench calibration. Optional 1 Nm/ 5 Nm/ 10 Nm/ 20Nm/ 30Nm/ 50 Nm/ 100 Nm/ 200 Nm capacity, 2.0mV/V ±10% output sensitivity. A digital load cell amplifier can be matched can be used with the torque sensor to get DC 4-20mA, DC 0-5V, DC 0-10V, RS485 output signal for easy data acquisition.
Reaction Torque Sensor Features
- Wide range of torque sensor capacity. 1 Nm~200 Nm. 1 Nm, 2 Nm, 5 Nm, 10 Nm, 20 Nm, 30 Nm, 50 Nm, 100 Nm, 200 Nm available for your choice.
- Custom torque sensor capacity. Torque sensor capacity can be customized for you if you have special requirements.
- Optional amplifier. A digital load cell amplifier is integrated with high accuracy 24-bit ADC (±0.2%FS ±1 byte), up to 80 times/s sampling speed making it suitable for both static measurement and dynamic measurement. It supports RS485 communication interface and amplified signal output 0~10V/ 0~5V/ 4~20mA proportional to the measured torque.
- Small size, lightweight, a 5-pin male plug and no mounting base, easy to install and convenient use.
- The reaction torque sensor can be for non-rotating torque measurement and for torque wrench calibration with high detection accuracy, good stability.
- The static torque can be continuously measured without repeated zero adjustment.
