You can place orders as a register or guest in the online shop peacosupport.com and the information provided by the users will be saved safely to prove the contract between the two parties. The vendor will deal with all the data confidentially and abide by no right to disclose them to any third party or someone else. We handle these data according to the Hungarian Data Protection Law.

Ordering

You can add your chosen products to the cart with the help of the order steps and check the cart contents, enter your details such as name, phone number, company name, billing address, delivery address, etc. Choose the payment method PayPal online through the PayPal system and then use your credit card, or debit card to pay with or without having a PayPal account. We will confirm your order by e-mail after you check out successfully.

If faulty or non-fulfill orders happen, the seller will inform the buyer about the reasons as soon as the order status is evaluated. Please contact us if you have any special requirements about your orders or you may enter your requirements in the comment section of the order checkout page.

Peaco Support offers the traditional purchase order process via P2P (Procure to Pay and Purchase to Pay) for buyers.

Shipping Policy

All products listed here are available to any country in the world. Peaco Support accepts the RFQ for any special requirement to customize the product according to the customer application. Visitors can contact our sales team.

  • Shipping Method

We cooperate with many international freight forwarders to ship the package using express service by airway. We ship the parcel using the following international express service for the parcel weight is < 300 kg (Door to Door Service)

If the customer is willing to arrange different shipping methods or own freight forwarder service at FOB/FCA Incoterms, please contact to our sales representative. Please note that Peaco Support offers the option of sea shipping method for bulk orders and heavy products at FOB/FCA/C&F Incoterms.

  • Shipping Rates

Peaco Support offers free shipping for all orders checked out online. It does not matter, where the order will be delivered worldwide.

  • Customs Duty and Taxes

All shipments are subjected to import customs duty and taxes according to the law of the imported country. The customer must pay this duty to our freight forwarder when the package is in the destination country.

  • Documents for Customs

All the documents are arranged along with the package. In case, imported country customs need any particular document for customs clearance from the consignee then the buyer representative needs to ensure his/her availability and keep in touch with our freight forwarder for further process.

Return Policy

Peaco Support maintains the highest level of QC standards and conducts pre-dispatch inspections thoroughly before shipping the package. If you are unsatisfied with our product, we are here to help with the return package under the following terms and conditions.

  • 15-day return policy for unused items in non-modified and non-damaged circumstances. Buyer needs to return the item to our warehouse at their expense.
  • The consignee is liable to pay the restocking fees and ship the package at their own expense to our warehouse if the return period exceeds 15 days but still within 180 days. Please ensure the item is in the original condition as it was received.
  • The delivered package you received is wrong or there are other problems such as damage while in transit, missing parts, quality issues, etc. Please reach out to us on time for a replacement or refund.

RMA Process

  • Contact us to obtain the RMA number from our team.
  • Please include the RMA document, quality test report, and return application in the package and mail it to our representative handling your case.
  • Ship the package to return and forward a copy of the tracking information to our representative.
  • Once the package is received, a refund will be credited to the buyer's account within 7 working days.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us in the original condition as it was received.

Refunds and Restocking Fees

  • A 100% refund will be issued for the returned package in its original condition under a 15-day return term for the standard items and 50% for the customized item.
  • Restocking fees of 20-30% of the selling price depending on when the package was returned from the day the customer received it.
  • Please consult with our sales representative for the refund fees on the other refund days term.
