The outer rotor brushless motors are shorter and smaller than the inner rotor ones, which is a cost-effective solution especially for large series. The permanent magnets of these motors are located on the rotor housing, which rotates around the inner stator with windings. Due to the higher moment of inertia of the rotor, the torque ripple of the external rotor motors is lower than that of the inner rotor motor.
Matching gearboxes and connector can be added for your complete solutions.
