The reaction torque sensor comes with flange-to-flange design, through a hole structure. 1 Nm/ 20 Nm/ 100 Nm/ 1000Nm/ 5000Nm /10000 Nm capacity, 0.1% F.S. repeatability, 5-wire connection. The static torque sensor signal is input to the signal transmitter and the transmitter outputs a variety of standard signals (output signal 0~10V, 0~5V, 4~20mA).

Reaction Torque Sensor Features

  • Wide range of torque sensor capacity. 1 Nm-10000 Nm. 1 Nm, 20 Nm, 100 Nm, 300 Nm, 500 Nm, 1000 Nm, 2000 Nm, 3000 Nm, 5000 Nm, 10000 Nm, available for your choice.
  • Custom torque sensor capacity. Torque sensor capacity can be customized for you if you have special requirements.
  • Optional amplifier. A digital load cell amplifier is integrated with high accuracy 24-bit ADC (±0.2%F.S. ±1 byte), up to 80 times/s sampling speed making it suitable for both static measurement and dynamic measurement. It supports an RS485 communication interface and amplified signal output of 0~10V/ 0~5V/ 4~20mA proportional to the measured torque.
  • Small size, lightweight, a 5-pin male plug, and no mounting base, easy to install and convenient use.
  • The reaction torque sensor can measure static torque. Reaction torque measurement, non-rotating torque measurement with high detection accuracy, and good stability.
  • The static torque can be continuously measured without repeated zero adjustment.
  • Comes with strong anti-interference, and can be installed in any position and any direction.
  • The strain elastomer is strong and can bear 150% load.
