Features
1. Don't lose step. Like the AC servo system, the stepper motor driver system adopts closed-loop control technology and does not lose steps. A position encoder is installed to make the stepper motor have the closed-loop characteristics of a servo motor, which fundamentally solves the problem of lost steps of traditional stepper motors.
2. High performance. With the closed loop stepper motor driver, the high speed performance of the motor is greatly improvd. The effective motor torque can be increased by more than 30%.
3. Less motor heating. The motor heat is reduced effectively. The output current of digital stepper driver varies from load and speed. Namely, its output current becomes larger as the load and speed become larger and becomes smaller as they become larger.
4. Fast response. The response time of motor acceleration and deceleration is shortened, the position response and output and input signals are almost real-time and synchronized. Therefore, the closed loop stepper motor is very suitable for those occasions that need short-distance, fast start and fas stop and steady stop with zero-speed.
5. Stability. There is no oscillation when the stepper motor stops and brakes. The hybrid servo drive system has the features of the unique holding torque of stepper motor, which can stably reach the set position and avoid oscillation.
6. Reliability. The hybrid servo system is convenient and reliable with stepper motor and the servo system. It is easy to use without cumbersome parameter debugging.
