    How to solve the failure of the motor of the electric linear actuator?
    Electric linear actuator is an electric actuator that can realize remote control, centralized control or automatic control. Most of industrial linear actuators are widely used in motion drive units in household appliances, kitchen utensils, automobiles and other industries. When users are using the electric linear actuator, its motor failures may occur occasionally, such as no rotating or slow rotating. Why does this happen? How to solve these faults?
    The reasons why the motor does not run:
    1. The reason that the motor does not rotate may be that the wear-resistant cylinder and the piston can move too far and the space needs to be rationalized.
    2. It is also possible that the sealing ring fails due to aging or wear. In this case, users can choose to replace the sealing ring.
    3. When there is impurity in electric linear actuator relief valve, such phenomenon may happen. At this time, users need to open the valve core for inspection.
    Solution: Check whether the object pushed by linear actuator is too overloaded or the running route is hindered and the object cannot be moved. Secondly, it is necessary to check whether the power supply line is abnormal. If it still cannot be solved, it is necessary to check whether the safety control switch near the motor reset switch is closed.
    Solutions to the motor with uneven speed or slow rotation:
    1. The motor rotates at an uneven speed. When the rotation is uneven, it is mostly because the object pushed by the the electric linear actuator is not fixed well. Users can check the fixed object and fix it again.
    2. The motor rotates slowly. We need to check whether the object is overloaded. Otherwise, it will cause the power to rotate slowly. And if the motor has not been used for some time and it will be rusted or not lubricated, which also leads to slow rotation.
