Warning
1. For the Y connection load, the center of Y should not be connected with zero line, otherwise, the SCR power regulator will lose control.
2. When the radiator temperature exceeds 75℃, the module will stop working automatically and only the power indicating light will be bright.
3. The SCR power regulator is a product with massive current, please note that terminals (R.S.T) and (U.V.W) shall be locked tightly, otherwise, the SCR power regulator will be burned by terminal heating.
- Selection table for 3-phase thyristor power regulator based on load
- External signal control 0-100%output
- External signal control and VR adjustable 0-100%
- Manual VR adjustment 0-100%output (signal switching to 0-5V)
- External alarm switch output
- Possible Root Cause: The quick fuse is disconnected.
- Detection method: Disconnect all power sources, open the panel, and use a multimeter to block the three fast fuses. If the resistance is infinite, it will be broken. Please replace it.
- Root Cause: no input to the working power supply.
- Detection method: Use the multimeter V file to measure whether there is AC220V at both ends of the working power supply.
- Root Cause: no input to the control signal.
- Detection method: use the multimeter V file to measure the two ends of the control signal, the red pen is placed on the "+" terminal, and the black pen is placed on the "-" terminal. If the multimeter shows less than 1.2V. The control signal input is abnormal. (At normal full power output, the voltage between these two terminals is DC5V)
- Root Cause: three-phase power has no input
- Detection method: Use the multimeter V~ block to measure the voltage between R, S, and T. If there is no AC380V, the three-phase power is not input.
- Root Cause: the center point of the load Y-type connection is connected to the zero line.
- Corrective Action: Disconnect the zero line.
- Root Cause: The load on one phase is disconnected.
- Detection method: Use the multimeter resistance file to measure the resistance values at both ends of three sets of loads. Detect the burnt load and replace it before use.
- Detection method: After disconnecting the load, use the multimeter resistance file to measure R and U, S and V, and a short circuit between T and W. If there is a short circuit, indicating that the SCR has broken down.
