Iron Core
The iron core thickness is flexible, 0.27mm, 0.30mm, 0.35m, H18, H14, H12. Brand new and high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are adopted. Other material is also available according to customer requirements.
Terminals
Features excellent temperature resistance, pressure resistance, flame retardancy, high power and is made of high-quality copper.
Frame
Made of nylon with high temperature resistance, great flame retardancy. The high-power and frameless design is adopted and there are ventilation slots between the coils so that the air flows smoothly, which can reduce the temperature of coils quickly and effectively.
Winding Wires
Winding material is made of H-class enameled copper or aluminum wires featuring 180°C temperature resistance and arranged tightly and uniformly. The outer surface is not wraped with an insulating layer, which has high heat dissipation.
Insulation Process
The whole transformer adopts H-class insulating paint under vacuum pressure, temperature resistance of 180°C, low operation noise and good insulation performance and is anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
KNOWLEDGE BASE --- What is auto transformer?
Auto transformer is such an electrical transformer with only one winding which is commom to both primary and secondary, namely, the primary and secondary windings are directly connected in series and self-coupled. The term auto here refers to that the changes in input voltage can be automatically can be improved or reduced by with the use of single winding.
Auto transformers can be classified into step up auto transformer, step down auto transformer and variable auto transformer according to the use of autotransformer. What's more, there are two general types of auto transformers categorised on the basis of the voltage phase of autotransformer, they are single phase auto transformer and three phase auto transformer.
The autotransformer is made according to the self-induction phenomenon in the electromagnetic induction phenomenon and its main function is to adjust the voltage level, step up or step down voltage to meet specific electrical requirements.
