Iron Core
The iron core thickness is flexible, 0.27mm, 0.30mm, 0.35m, H18, H14, H12. Brand new and high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are adopted. Other material is also available according to customer requirements.
Terminals
Features excellent temperature resistance, pressure resistance, flame retardancy, high power and is made of high-quality copper.
Frame
Made of nylon with high temperature resistance, great flame retardancy. The high-power and frameless design is adopted and there are ventilation slots between the coils so that the air flows smoothly, which can reduce the temperature of coils quickly and effectively.
Winding Wires
Winding material is made of H-class enameled copper or aluminum wires featuring 180°C temperature resistance and arranged tightly and uniformly. The outer surface is not wraped with an insulating layer, which has high heat dissipation.
Insulation Process
The whole transformer adopts H-class insulating paint under vacuum pressure, temperature resistance of 180°C, low operation noise and good insulation performance and is anti-rust and anti-corrosion.

What is an auto transformer?
An auto transformer is a special transformer in which the primary winding and the secondary winding share only one winding and it is also called single winding transformer. When it is used as a step-down transformer (step down autotransformer), a part of the turns is extracted from the winding as the secondary winding. On the contrary, when it is used as a step-up transformer (step up autotransformer), the applied voltage is only applied to a portion of the winding turns. Because the direct current cannot be directly boosted, it needs to pass through electronic components.
Both single phase auto transformer and three phase auto transformer have simple structure and low cost, which are popular for industrial automation and marine applications. Auto Transformers are mainly used in high-power transmission and transformation occasions where electrical insulation between input and output windings is not needed.
