High-temperature level sensor avoids direct contact between the level sensor and the measured medium, our level sensor is suitable for high-temperature (-40~+150℃/ -40~302℉) corrosive liquid. Measuring range up to 0-20m, output signal 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0.5%FS, 0.3%FS accuracy available. Equipped with 316L stainless steel anti-blocking connector. Economical and durable sensor with high reliability, long service life, easy installation, and simple structure.

Level Sensor Features

  • High-temperature level sensor is composed of a stainless steel gas collecting cylinder, a stainless steel capillary tube, and a connection box.
  • The circuits of the sensor and signal processing are designed inside the junction box. The gas-collecting cylinder is put into the measured liquid to collect the pressure signal.
  • The collected level pressure signal is transmitted to the sensor through the stainless steel capillary tube, thereby avoiding direct contact between the sensor and the measured medium.
  • The level sensor can be used in high-temperature corrosive occasions and can effectively measure the high-temperature corrosive liquid and sewage.
