Hydraulic Linear Actuator Details
- Oil filler plug: The oil is added or replaced from the plug.
- Jacking force adjustment plug: When users unscrew the plug and tighten the nut, the jacking force will increase. When loosening the nut, the force will decrease.
- Retracting force adjustment plug: When users unscrew the valve and tighten the nut, the retracting force increases. When loosening the nut, the force decreases.
- Safety valve: When the piston rod cannot be withdrawn due to unexpected reasons, loosen the valve to enable the ejector rod to recover automatically under load force. Be sure to screw it tightly before the next time users use it.
Difference between Hydraulic Linear Actuator Pushing and Pulling
There are two working modes of hydraulic linear actuators: pushing or pulling. Different working modes have different designs and applications. In the case of pushing, the electro-linear actuator will push the piston rod outward; In the pulling case, the hydraulic linear actuator pulls the piston rod back inward. In general, in the case of pulling, the retraction force of the linear actuator may not be as strong as the push-out force, so the user needs to consider this factor. In a word, hydraulic linear actuator plays an important role in the field of mechanical manufacturing.
