The hydraulic actuator features a wide selection of 12V/24V/48VDC, 220VAC input voltages, jacking force 2.5T, 200mm stroke length, and noise＜80dB. The whole setup is made of a hydraulic station, oil cylinder, self-locking mechanism, overflow valve, and reversing valve, and can be used directly once powered on. Installation size and cylinder stroke can be customized according to special requirements.

2. We can not feed the oil into the linear actuator due to air transport concerns. The customer may arrange 46# hydraulic oil locally and fill it into the hydraulic tank.

Hydraulic Linear Actuator Details
- Oil filler plug: The oil is added or replaced from the plug.
- Jacking force adjustment plug: When users unscrew the plug and tighten the nut, the jacking force will increase. When loosening the nut, the force will decrease.
- Retracting force adjustment plug: When users unscrew the plug and tighten the nut, the retracting force increases. When loosening the nut, the force decreases.
- Safety valve: When the piston rod cannot be withdrawn due to unexpected reasons, loosen the safety valve to enable the ejector rod to recover automatically under the action of load force. Be sure to screw it tightly before the next time users use it.
