Stable performance automatic tension controller for magnetic particle brake/clutch, featuring high-precision, multi-function, fully digital intelligence, and a new graphic LCD, combined with a tension sensor to form a closed-loop tension control system.
Working Principle
By receiving the signal transmitted by the tension detector, the tension controller can adjust the actuator and automatically control the tension of unwinding, intermediate guidance, and rewinding of long-sized materials after the internal intelligent PID operation processing.
The tension controller uses an LCD, and issues a 0-24VDC control voltage command for the magnetic particle brake/clutch, and can also output a 0~10V voltage signal to control the inverter, servo motor, or other actuators to perform high-precision tension control on the coil.
