Flow & speed control valve features one touch fitting, inline type, can be installed with 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" outer diameter tubes and more, the metal parts are made of high quality stainless steel that is anti-rust and the applicable tubing material can be Nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, FEP and PFA. The speed controller is designed with pushing locking that allows the needle to lock easily to control the speed of the cylinder.
Features
- The mental parts on speed control valve are made of stailness steel material with the anti-corrosion and anti-rust characteristics.
- Speed control valve with one touch fitting features one-push locking type, much easier to lock than the traditional one that requires a wrench.
- The flow control valve can be installed directly, or with L-bracket mounting, holder mounting and DIN rail mounting bracket.
- The valve contact surface adopts the contact face stopper (rotating stopper), the position of Reproducibility of flow rate is improved. the handwheel in the fully closed state (flow rate is 0) is constant, thus there is almost no flow error caused between knob rotations.
- Large knob makes it easy to turn and make suitable adjustments.
