KNOWLEDGE BASE --- What is the wind direction of the cooling fan in VFD?
There are VFDs without cooling fans for small capacities and there are also variable frequency drives with cooling fans, their generated wind blows from bottom to top. Therefore, some mechanical device is not allowed to put near the AC drive, otherwise it will prevent cooling the VFD. Additionally, heat-sensitive parts are also not placed on the top of the inverter which will generate some heat during running.
