The flange to square drive reaction torque transducer is designed to measure static torque also known as reaction torque, comes with 1 Nm-200 Nm capacity, affordable price, IP65 protection grade. A digital load cell amplifier matched with the torque sensor supports RS485 communication interface and amplified signal output DC 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V which is proportional to the measured value.

1) The digital load cell amplifier comes with 24V power supply, 5-bit digital display, anti-interference function and very stable performance.

2) It is integrated with high accuracy 24-bit ADC (±0.2%FS ±1 byte), up to 80 times/s sampling speed making it suitable for both static measurement and dynamic measurement. It supports RS485 communication interface and amplified signal output 0-10V/ 0-5V/ 4-20mA proportional to the measured torque.

Applications

The static torque sensor is suitable for static and non-continuous rotation torque value measurement. It can directly output 4-20mA, 1-5V standard current and voltage signals with built-in or external transmitter. It can be directly combined with AD card, PLC or DCS to form a torque measurement device.

Application: torque wrench, steering gear, electric actuator valve, bearing, testing machine and other torque detection occasions where the rotation angle is less than 360°.

How to use the static torque sensor?

The sensor itself outputs mv signal, which is too small, generally can not be used directly and needs to be used with an amplifier or instrument.
