KNOWLEDGE BASE --- Functions of Pure Sine Wave Inverter (Ⅱ)
- Overload protection function. If the AC output power exceeds the rated power, the inverter will automatically cut off the inverter output, the front panel LED displays "overload", and the buzzer will sound for ten seconds. Turn off the inverter switch on the front panel, and the "Overload" display disappears. If you need to restart the inverter, you must check that the load is within the allowable range, and then turn on the inverter switchi to restore the inverter output.
- Short-circuit protection function. If a short circuit occurs in the AC output circuit, the inverter will automatically cut off the inverter output, the front panel LED will display "overload", and the buzzer will sound for ten seconds. Turn off the inverter switch on the front panel, and the "Overload" display disappears. If you need to restart the machine, you must check that the output circuit is normal, and then turn on the SWITCH to restore the inverter output.
- Over-heat protection function. If the temperature of the control components inside the sine wave inverter is too high, the inverter will automatically cut off the inverter output, the front panel LED display will show "over-heat", and the buzzer will sound for ten seconds at the same time. The inverter output will be recovered after the temperature returns to the normal value.
- Battery reverse connection protection function. The pure sine wave inverter has a complete battery reverse connection protection function. If the positive and negative poles of the battery are reversed, the fuse in the case will automatically blow to avoid damage to the battery and equipment.
- Optional mains switching function. If the mains switching function is selected, the inverter can automatically switch the load to the mains power when the battery is under-voltage or the inverter fails, so as to ensure the stability of the system power supply. It will automatically switch to the inverter power supply after the inverter works normally.
