30 hp single phase to 3 phase VFD is designed for constant torque motor, pump motor and lift/ elevator motor, converting single phase 220V-240V input to three phase 220V-690V output. High performance 30 hp variable frequency drive features built-in RS485 communication, excellent vector control, CE approved.

KNOWLEDGE BASE

Can VFD be adjusted to 1Hz? What is the highest frequency that can be adjusted?
If the VFD is used on a general AC asynchronous motor, its current is close to DC when the VFD is adjusted to 1Hz, which is absolutely impossible. The motor will work under the maximum current limited by the inverter, and the motor will generate huge heat, which will lead to burn up the motor.
If the VFD operates with over 50Hz, it will suffer from more iron loss of the motor, which is also bad for the motor. Generally speaking, it is not recommended to exceed 60Hz (it is allowed to exceed 60Hz in a short time), otherwise it will also reduce motor life.
