Features

The installation dimensions of Y2 series induction motors comply with IEC60072 standards, featuring high efficiency, energy saving and high starting torque. Additionally, the three phase asynchronous motors also have the advantages of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, high protection level and high insulation level.

The 3 phase induction motors can be widely used in in various kinds of general machineries like fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors, transportation, etc. and is also suitable for transportation, stirring, printing, agricultural machinery, food and other occasions that do not contain flammable, explosive or corrosive gases.

  • Working environment. YE2 series induction motors are suitable for most occasions and environments. Their standard working conditions are -15°C to +40°C and the altitude is<1000 meters.
  • Temperature rise and insulation. The 3 phase induction motors are designed according to class F insulation (155°C) and tested according to class B insulation (80K) so that the service life and reliability of the motors can be guaranteed.
  • Cooling and ventilation. The standard cooling method is Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC). The standard asynchronous motor is fitted with an auxiliary flow plastic fan, which complies with IC411.
  • Protection grade. The protection grade of the 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor is IP54/IP55, F insulation class and can be used in dusty or humid environments. Motors with higher protection levels can also be customized according to customer requirements.
  • Motor protection. Winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed as required, such as PTC and PT100.
  • Voltage and frequency. The standard induction motor is 380V/50HZ. And the 50Hz motor with any voltage in the range of 200-660V can also be designed for your needs. It can still run well when the supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage +5%.
  • Vibration. The vibration speed grade of Y2 series induction motors at no-load conforms to Class A. Such induction motors with Class B can be provided for users' special requirements.
  • The location of the junction box. The junction box is above or on the right side of the frame for the standard Y2 series motors.
  • High quality. The 3 phase asynchronous motors feature continuous (S1) working duty, come with CE and ISO9001 certified and the design and production teams strictly abide by the quality procedures.
